Thank you very much for your interest. It took a lot of time and effort to write this paper – in parallel to everything else I do – and I am glad you liked it. I hope it is easy to read - at least until the firewall traversal section.
Internet is all about content and good content is very difficult to create. I am therefore interested in people coming to my blog and the Polycom web page when they look for the paper and hope that they will connect, comment, and read the other posts and 4-5 papers that are posted here.
In addition, I frequently update white papers because technology changes so fast. Having one master copy online allows me to make the change and be sure that everyone gets the updated version.
I would therefore suggest that you post your comments about the paper (feel free to also include the introduction “There is a new class of workers out there … and their organizations.”) and link to http://videonetworker.blogspot.com/2009/04/art-of-teleworking.html.
As a blogger-to-blogger courtesy, I always link to the original content, for example in this posting http://videonetworker.blogspot.com/2009/03/business-to-business-telepresence.html. If I read something interesting on discussUC, and post related content on my blog, I will put a link to your blog.
Hi Stephan,

Very interesting whitepaper, I think it is still relevant now even though you wrote it a few years ago.
